White Possum Organic Bare Dry Gin is a stripped-back dry gin that does exactly what it says on the label — nothing more, nothing less. With just a handful of botanicals, this is gin without pretence or surprises.
We macerate organic juniper and coriander seed in organic cane spirit overnight, then distill the maceration in our pot still. The result comes off at around 70% ABV before we cut it to 40% drinking strength with water.
The minimalist approach means two things: you get an honest, affordable gin that won't break the bank on a top-up, and you know exactly what you're getting in every glass. No unexpected flavours. No hidden nasties.
